Only efficient in collecting money.... Rest of it we must only take care... We have to keep waiting for the reports and they will tell 2 mins for 2hours and keep us waiting.... Very unapologetic and don't value others time
Had a smooth experience of 1st dose of Vaccination. Sister patiently explained and showed the vial from where she is drawing the dose to clear any doubts which may linger in people's mind. Monitored for more than 20 mins before allowing vaccinated people to leave. Cowin update done immediately and got an SMS before leaving the center. All staffs are treating people politely and respectfully and also ensuring everyone entering are properly masked and maintaining social distance.
Hello I had visited the centre to take my first shot of Covid vaccine. Was really impressed with the immaculate arrangement they had made for this purpose and also a special word of appreciation to the incharge sister Anandhi, who explained all the details of the vaccine and precautions to be taken with utmost dedication and also, the nursing staff for administering the shot with immense care. Thank you Apollo.
I was there for my covaxin but I was shocked to see a person in uniform, which mentioned Apollo Home care, who was consuming alcohol inside the clinic Parking. I just don't know what's happening. This is totally insane.
Didn't mail us reports. Had to go after much delay to get it. So ended up doing RT-Pcr test too because of this trip. Told us it would take four days to get Results of RT-PCR test. Results were out after 1day but these people Didn't inform us when we had tested positive Covid 19. Heartless people. Prior to that I had Called several times to ask them to mail us reports, they don't attend calls. During intense lockdown we had go to collect blood reports, they are so irresponsible. We were stuck there for a good 1.5hours because of unavailability of ola & uber wearing masks and head gear whereas one of their staff members removed her mask. With God's grace we are recovering???????? I would've SUED them well for their devil may care attitude.
