My father went bilateral knee surgery,post Surgery, physiotherapy is handled by Dr Sohel Sir from LandMark Hospital. He is very experienced, friendly and motivates the patient during exercise. Dr Sohel Sir has given all the instructions on exercises very clearly. I can say sir is one of the best physiotherapist in city.
Lack of responsibility. X-Ray has taken on 10/17. They asked us to collect the report on 10/18 at 2 PM but didn’t get positive response. One of the representative Latha said that she gonna WhatsApp the report on 10/19 at 2 PM but didn’t get positive response. So visited the hospital again today. At last they have provided the x-ray report. Responsibility need to be improved.
We have visited this hospital for my parents Orthopedic treatment (fractures). We went to causality and a bunch of duty doctors attended our case. Since then, almost 2 months, every time we go, they give different opinions and make me spend at least Rs. 6000 to 10000 on every visit unnecessarily. Once a PoP bandage is given, it should not be removed for 4 weeks. These doctors made us cut Pop bandage 3 times and gave a new one every time we visit. Diagnosis or treatment is also not up to the mark. Being a senior doctor, Dr. Sudhir Reddy also has not given a concrete solution for a medium level fracture. Not happy with this hospital and I can clearly see they made patients pay certain amount of time (like a target to collect). People will still go to this hospital due to the fame of main doctor and is near to Metro etc, but they have to improve on lot of aspects. To main doctor and to hospital - Money is for sure important, take it from patients as required by your procedure, but deliver proper treatment. Don't change your words, treatment options within seconds and make patient suffer. As informed to you in person, I am again saying here "I LOST TRUST on your hospital", its me today, and several others later.
