S school and pioneer education institution of former undivided lakhimpur district need no other explanation regarding it's new introduction.it itself is great both in Name and fame .it is the oldest the biggest and only the govt. Higher Secondary school in the entire lakhimpur and dhemaji district .Since the very establishment in the year 1913 .it can claim to have contribution a lot towards the growth and development of secondary and higher secondary education not only in and around the district but also in the entire north bank part of Assam .the institution scored a brilliant results in past years.
