Poor management, they are understaffed and the existing staff was confused, they do not have good patient facilities. The worst service I have ever experienced
Staff not available all the time... No handwash, just imagine...even in dis corona time...the room where my mother is admitted no Western toilet... only indian toilet(she has knee transplant in both the knees).. too much mosquitoes in the room...I m totally confused shall v go dere for treatment or to get infected.. I don't know...worst experience evvvvver.

It is situated at WRS Colony in Raipur. This is a good hospital. This hospital is only for railway staff not for others. Infrastructure is very good. Road connectivity is good. Inside the hospital campus, canteen is available for staff as well as non-staff. This hospital comes under SECR Zone.
