We went to Dr Deep Das who is a neuro medicine doctor at Apollo Clinic Taratala. Very bad experience . He doesn't care to explain the medicines he writes in the prescription or what the problem of the patient is when asked. He was busy with his phone while we were consulting him at Apollo Clinic ,Taratala. Whenever we asked why are the symptoms appearing to the patient, he didn't care to answer anything. Not at all satisfied. A patient needs to have a minimum faith in the doctor to start taking the medicines prescribed by him or her which depends a lot on the behaviour of the doctor. Such behaviour can never instill faith on a doctor. We paid for our consultation (Rs 800 is his consultation fees here). We didn't ask for any favour which seemed from his behaviour . Would definitely go for a second opinion
Extremely bad service. Extremely inefficient staffs and doctors. Front desk is pathetic. I booked a slot for Covid19 test in a very sick condition. They kept me waiting for the whole day. No response came from them. No confirmation was given by them. While booking, they told me that I had to pay 1500 INR for Rt-PCR test but they would only provide a bill of 950 INR (Appx.) during report delivery. I accepted their deal as I had no other option. But nobody came for sample collection. Extremely bad gesture and service by them.
Worst ???? clinic one can visit, Apollo gives franchise and their aim is to just mint money from customers and not patients! I have had several issue with this clinic and can confidential say their patholigical testing ia fraud and the doctors sit their have got the target to advice false medical test just to mint money on the brand name of apollo!
Doctor not in time... We r waiting from 11.45 am... consultancy already paid rs-500/-... till now doctor jyotirmoyee middye not arrived.... it's very disappointing... stuffs also don't get any information from doctor...
Pathetic. Too bad. Charging 1750 rs for home collection. Gave my sample on Wednesday. 5 days no reports. Samples not transported in ice box.. Simply using zipper pack to send. No covid protocol followed. NABL should audit this unit and close it. Pathetic staff, pathetic service. Pls avoid everyone
