Doesn't deserve a rating however it's only for the profession they have chosen I had to rate them. It hasn't been a pleasant experience for me, the service seemed to be pathetic, the term ICU needs to be explained to them, the patients are not at all taken care off , specially you are on your own in an ICU ward the relatives have to do all the stuff, right from serving food, taking the patient to the washroom & if the patient is in a position where he cannot move he is on his own, inspite of highlighting the issue with the doctors & the management regarding the patients hygiene, no one was least bothered , reading few medical books and treating a patient is not a big deal, taking care and maintaining utmost hygiene is expected, I literally have seen trainee doctors performing their duty eating tobacco/gutkha spitting in the lift ducts.. Hope this feedback helps them improve from within & do justice to the profession they have chosen, whether its just melting money or taking utmost care of the patient which is required apart from medical treatment...it's their choice..
One of the worst staff......u can ask any thing to him bt in return u will gate only one ans i don't know i will tell u further.....and most important thing is staff is not using mask in this situation strange

It was a memorable experience at Chaitanya hospital. The entire team and the management took very good care of us and the nursing staff is very prompt and they take utmost care of patient. The housekeeping is also superb. We did not feel we were away from home. The hospital is very neat and clean in all the aspect. I wish Chaitanya Hospital team all the very best for future. Thank you
