My mom came today morning for investigation ct scan and after the test she went off, and sended bill to me in wtsup,I came by evening 6.30 to collect the report bt in reception he is not giving report reason: they want orginal copy of charged bill I'm showing the bill in my phone.. Then also he refusing, because he want bill copy to write dispatch the report, can't u maintain a dispatch book for ur dispatch purpose, i asked this he is saying we don't maintain such type of books, My question is if some one loss the bill you people can't dispatch the report? I said to him I worked in healthcare departmen like u,but he I's not intersted to listen, seriously m disappointed, next time we don't want to come to ur hospital. That person name mukaram.
I don't even want to give 1 star also but to update the post it asked to rate so i gave very unprofessional receptionist and doctor mainly dr.raghu very unpolite he won't listen to anyone dr means what first listen to patient query and then go ahead but this guy he never listen to anyone receptionist also they don't know proper english they speak like road side slum and behave the same without respect and they behave like in world they r very busy even more then PM they r busy rubbish ppl and rubbish hospital...nonsense ....worst management worst ppl i know worst hospital will appoint worst ppl itself...
worst management and fully commercial. i waited 1 hr at reception just to register and 1 hr in billing counter. finally doctor didn't identify the problem. when i said i have fever. he didn't even see the temperature. they charged 3500 for all tests, wrote different tests in different floors. a local clinic has solved my problem instantly.
Worst experience ever. All they know is to take money not to provide good service. I had to wait for1 hr at reception just to register and 1 hr in billing counter. finally doctor didn't identify the problem. They charged 3500 for all tests which where not even required, wrote different tests on different floors. A local hospital was very helpful than this commercial money sucking hospital.
Good hospital and they guided me very well for vaccination
