I never want to go Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh but i give 5 stars on the name of Dr Pradeep Jain. He is Gem of a person. He is very intelligent Very humble too good. My uncle operated for pancreas cancer treatment. He feel very good. He explained everything and guide us on right path. Instead of being money minded he guided on the right way of treatment. Kudos to him and his team for their service.
Pathetic services, I came here to vaccinate my wife for covishield. They take more than 3 hours. My wife requested multiple times that we have 1 year old kid. But they rudely mentioned better you can leave.
One of the worst hospital. They are treating patients as a "Murga". They took approx 4 hrs to admit the patient in emergency ward and charged heavily. We where asked to run from pillar to post to get the patient admitted. They don't care about the patients. Doctors are very kind and want to help but administration staff refused to work. Seems doctors are helpless in front of cash. Besides having insurance they asked us to deposit 60% money in advance. I am sure, in general no one is carrying 50,000 in pocket. Fortis doesn't even start treatment till the time u arrange the amount. I wonder, What if patient dies or the situation gets worsen till the time money is arranged.

Since day 1 for primary consultation with oncology department till today when one of my family member is getting treatment here, we so far have very satisfactory experience especially with doctors and peramedic staff. Bit expensive as we all know, sometimes the security staff being excessively rude and impatient, that needs to be taken care. Cashless facilities, quick response to central government & defence personnel staff under panel health coverage is worth appreciating. Must allow outside food to the family members of patients or Start a reasonable price canteen/mess in the hospital premises to felicitate the visitors on priority.
