Very bad customer service staff . didn't pick call . Parcel Delivery time is very late. And parcel send incorrect address .many times .
This place is situated near to nagar palika .. one has to walk 100 MTR north to reach here ... It offers many facilities. Post office atm is also present at this place. One can do reservation as well ....
Very irresponsible staff, behavior is not good towards customers ,and post man said collect your parcel from office,no time for delivery.
Articles are not on time and most importantly postman ask us to take parcels from post offices no matter what the situation is...
