Worst treatment. Doctors and other staff do not have the basic manners to treat patients gently and are careless. No transparency.
Its really upset to see how negligent the hospital is, it's sad to hear that with all the facilities they have they have not provided proper care for covid 19 patients. Unfortunately we lost our family memeber, it's my humble request do not admit anyone to this hospital, infact people with many underlying issues were treated and recovered better in government hospitals. Please do not trust pristine hospital. We regret our loss I request all the others to think before you choose the hospital.
people will be trapped after going to the hospital , if you think you have insurance and cashless option is available. They don't claim everything from the insurance and make you pay more than the claimed amount. almost paid the double the amount to the hospital. Worst management. While getting discharged, they try to retain you in the hospital for more days by telling that the patient is having fever though the patient is doing well. Be aware of the this money sucking hospital
