I would suggest to sevice your bike in ramgarh instead of hazaribag..
Hey hope all you are healthy and safe, last month on 18 feb we visited that showroom to but a bike, good environment clean place, but work flows are too slow for processing a single work, had been waited for long hour to buy a bike with cash payment, staff I mean sales guy are so rude in order to ask a guest with gentle way (keep coming to ask again and again once I said wait for moments we waited for someone).
toilet not clean, poor co-ordination between staaf and social distance not followed
Biggest Hero Showroom at Hazaribagh. Had great stock of the vehicles of Hero which are kept under open roof in front of LIC CAB Branch. Staffs are supportive some are quite annoying. Best place to buy Hero Bikes as for Hazaribagh Town this is the only option to buy Hero Bikes. There are some more showrooms located nearby to this showroom. I had purchased two vehicles from there. Service timing is poor and consumes lots of time hence they had kept television to spend your valuable time if you've came driving from a far distant place.
