I had a wonderful experience with this hospital especially with Dr Priyanka. My brother nearly lost his vision and we had visited multiple doctors and clinics but no diagnosis was made. She was the one who finally diagnosed as choroiditis and gave timely and proper treatment.. because of that my brother s vision has been restored. Will recommend
I am visiting Eye Care from last 6-7 years and was very satisfied with the service. But now neither their is importance of time nor staff behaviour is good. I have to wait for full day event after confirmed appointment. Also staff were very rude.
Worse experience miss managmet.. they allow 3-4 attendent for one patient .. it a very small place patient don't get space to seat .. Award should be given to them for world worse hospital in mismanagement. Pathatic shameful. Disgrace on the name of hospital.
People in I CARE Eye are so helpful and good that I am short of words for their praise. They act like your family and do everything they can to help you and take care of your problems. God bless them all. I was really helped by two persons Mr. Faraz Mirza and Mr. Divaydan Tiwari .I feel people like them are Angles sent to help people like us. I pray to God to bless them everything best in the world.
I got my father's both eyes operated for Glaucoma from ICare by Dr Reena Choudhary. She is one of the best doctors and very polite.The staff is very cooperative as well. The only improvement I would like to be is on the appointment process. Despite taking appointment you are queued with normal patients and this takes up lot of your time.
