The staff and doctors are quite cordial. However, in my experience they maintain a lenient approach towards ensuring covid protocols. Though in a routine manner they make you fill up forms with personal details and check your temperature on arrival, a few arriving patients were found roaming around with mask not covering mouth and nose. Surprisingly the hospital staff was reluctant to correct the defaulters despite notifying this to the staff,. This is a serious issue in this pandemic times and this may not be a suitable place for elderly patients.
Welfast is one the good Hospital in Kottayam. Well trained Nurses and doctors. Hospital is neat and clean also getting good care and support from all staff. 24 Hours hospital and pharmacy etc.. is working. I will recomond welfast for any emergency cases at night time. Nursing staff will follow up with patient for check up. I impressed their package ( medical care) charges is resonable.
They have various Health Checkup packages with reasonable rate.

Had a very bad experience here (2018). I had fever and visited this hospital,they checked my blood and said that i was dengue positive and asked me to be admitted.As i had no symptoms of dengue i checked my blood again in DDRC and the result was dengue negative. The main motive of this hospital is just to make money.So i will never recommend anyone this hospital
