Doctors are very good but management is very poor.. need to wait minimum 2 hours to meet with doctor.. OPD department not co-operate with patient party.
Very poor OPD management services.the schedule timing for OPD has no value because no doctor will available at OPD at the time provided. After waiting for hours reception is unable to provide with the information when doctor will arrive, if you take prior appointment for a particular doctor & if doctor is unavailable no prior information will provided to you. They claim that it's a NABH accredited but service provided is not at per . Hope you will get more better service in govt hospital inspire of 2 rs OPD visit
One of the worst hospital I have ever visited. Staffs are not cooperative. Security personnels are very authoritative and rude. If you are not literate no one will help you. Doctors never be on time and patient families keep waiting for hours and hours. Administration did not have proper information. Moreover there is no feedback form available so you can register your problem.
Cancer care at affordable cost is the slogan of N.S.C.B CANCER HOSPITAL only but the reality is TOTALLY OPPOSITE. If you don't have any Govt health card, there is no use of going there. Doctor gave me treatment cost cirtificate of RS. 600000/- for six months treatment but in my cases I have spent around 6.70 lacks within one month in induction therapy and supportive treatment only. No doubt doctor is supportive but in OPD there is no value of time. You have to wait around 5-7 hrs. if you are old patient. N.S.C.B.Cancer Hospital is not making money 💰 through medicine ( local company) charges at M.R.P and provide 10% discount only. The open market discounted price of PCM infusion was Rs. 200-250 of standard company but I had to pay 525/-, the open market discounted price of voriconazole was Rs. 1500/-i had to pay around 3900/-, the open market discounted price of xylistin inj.was Rs 1000/-but ihad to pay 3000/- and all antibiotics are much more expensive than open market discounted price. For cash patient the bed charges are much more than swasthya Sathi card. If you are cash patient you will be ruined and you can get phone call of pharmacy and billing counter to pay as soon as possible if the bill cross 10000/- Hospital has no capabilities to invest, it totally depends on cash patient to run the Hospital. And one more thing I want to share that new and beginners sisters Who come to learn how to inject, infusion, transfusion, routine check up in this Hospital. And the security personnel of this Hospital treats like administrator and one lady incharge was most authoritative and rude. She was not let the patient party to sleep at night on the ground in general ward bud Rajee jee one of incharge who understands the plight of the patient party. So, Before going there please 🙏🙏🙏 go through the hospital treatment cost and more. There is no place for poor for cancer treatment. Better to go any other government or funded Hospital. Thanks!
