Place is very clean and hygienic. Staffs are helpful and co-operative. Plenty of room for visitors' waiting. Test facility with home collection and report delivery is also available. Visited for Orthopaedic and Happy with service and treatment.
Very good service even at the peak of the COVID-19 second wave. The centre is very well managed by Devi Prasad.
Vary bad hospital .Doctor are not available any time .nurse are not corporate. Poor service. realy I am advice not gose to shanti hospital
I give a FIVE STAR to this Wellness Centre ...I myself belong from Healthcare industry since last 20 years....I visited Shanti Wellness on 22nd April 2021 with two of my family members for getting their tests done....... Right from the entrance...beginning with the security personnel....my wow experience began....the staff in the reception very warm and very polite in their approach...to begin with.... the co ordination between the reception staff and various dept was very smooth ...we didn't have to wait long because of that...the arrangements for seating and waiting area is very comfortable...arrangements for hand sanitization were at place... There's lot to praise ....iam super impressed....God Bless you all... Do keep up the good work.
Horrible experience!!! They had taken advance money for a test that we didn't need later. It's been a month now and they still haven't refunded the money. We have to call them everyday and they give us false assurances that they money will be refunded. Very bad customer service and inexperienced people atthe reception!!
