Really bad behaviour of the customer support. I've recharged my smart card with 200 using my credit card but they've deducted the money without recharging the smart card. I had a blind trust on dmrc so even without checking the updated balance in the smqrt card i went to the rajiv chowk, there i came to know my card has not been recharged so when i came back i told customer care money has been credited and smart card has not been recharged, they told me it's impossible!! , they told me I'm showing another card that time I've filled a complaint on consumer court as well as I've registered a complaint in dmrc as well, after 1 month i got my refund becoz of consumer court.
