Worst clinic ever I had been to for my annual health check-up. Staffs are not working, irresponsible and doesn't even know anything what is going around. Very bad experience. There's no system of doctor checkup even after you get your reports. Would suggest everyone to think twice and read this review again before making an appointment with them. Thank you.
Reports are not delivered in timely manner. Customer care no never gets connected. Worst time value.
Very unprofessional behavior. *Saiful Alam*, he was the blood collector from their side. He confirmed us he would deliver the report hand to hand within time. We also paid for the test. But in the evening, he refused to deliver and whatsapp us and told us to print the report. And also asked extra charges to get delivery. Very unprofessional.

Very unsatisfactory. I done my double markar test bt the report is not trust worthy. First of all they gave me wrong report.. when I told them then they recognized that.. very casual approach..the reception are very busy about their gossiping... They told that 56 double markar blood r collected in the date 4.6.19 bt may be there was some problem and only 55 reports are ready and maybe 1 report is copy past... How ridiculous. ItsI very important test.. how they treat like that.. don't go there..
