Good food good staff pathetic administration holding patient at ransom due to unresolved administrative miscommunication between hospital payment department and approved cashless insurance. Highly unprofessional behaviour on hospital's part. Pathetic excuse for the name of hospital the it is. Won't be able to trust the name ever gain. Ruined ages of confidence in "Sterling" establishment.
On my child delivery, A particular nurse called by my doctor, was there all throughout my contractions. Her reassurance and knowledge is extraordinary. All the nurses and their services were excellent. The room we got was clean, and all our demands and requirements was given.
I felt I must write in to praise the care and kindness I received from the nurses and all the staff in Sterling Hospital Rajkot. The ward was cleaned regularly and food was healthy, while the staff helped patients who has eating difficulties. I like the hospital very much, the staff is very good. They always corporate with us, they give nice services. I will recommend other patient to come here and take treatment in Sterling Hospital Rajkot. Very poor dealing at counter staff. Totally irresponsible behaviour. I went there for Executive health check up. Very poor response. Never enter this hospital, as this is only trap. Visiting fee min. 1000/- Min. Test-5000/- Just trap for sucking the patient in the name of treatment
