This the best school in chapra, faculty is well educated & students are well disciplined. Management is very strict and dedicated.

Like all schools, Central Public School has had a varied history of success and challenges since it opened, much of which is predicated on the leadership of the school and the current leader. Director Dr. Harendra Singh main qualification appears to be the fact that he got Dr. pre name in 2019 because his leadership proclivities leave much to be desired. He is the consummate micromanager whose instructional leadership mantra appears to be "if the teacher is not broke, fix them until they are" and then blame the teacher for doing something to get broken. Having had the opportunity (more like the misfortune) to experience his inept leadership, I left my position after one year; prior to and after this time, it was often not appreciated and almost always not good enough. He talks about character and being a good example, what sort of example is this? Would we treat our kids like this? I hope not! There are more things, but hopefully I have made my point. As long as his current leadership practices continue, he has no business as an administrator in any capacity in any school; hopefully, his practices improve for the good of what can be a phenomenal Central Public School. Despite my currently low opinion of him, I hope he grows and improves as a proficient leader should. I would also appreciate Mr. Vikash Kumar the manager of this great educational temple. He is working hard to improve the school management and make it futuristic. His hard work for online classes during this pandemic can't be forgettable.

We passed out as the first batch of 12th standard from CPS. All i can say is, whatever I could achieve was the result of dedication of the management as well as my professors, who gave their sweat and blood to this organisation. I remember how they use to personally monitor our progress and how they use to tell us we can do good, when we barely had any confidence in ourselves. This place has always been special to me as it was the foundation of whoever I am and whatever I am. I will always be grateful to everyone who helped me out through my small journey over here.
