Extreme negligence at the hospital. Not even a proper treatment. Patient attendant had to say doctor to do this treatment. The doctors don't even know whether the patient got the plasma therapy or proper medications. I would advice not to opt for any treatment at the hospital, they are just making bills. They discharged all the patient without intimating them before time for attendants to do arrangements in such a horrible situation where supplies are out of hands. They are responsible for many patient condition..
Visited hospital for eye check up many times but doctor was not available. I thought it might be just coincidence. On third visit doctor meet and as per there consultancy and advices i found doctor(retina specialist) has lack of knowledge and scarcity of experience because he was not able to diagnose it properly and told other diseases instead of actual issue. And one thing broke my heart is that they are just looting people by referring patients to there private clinic by saying they have lack of facility at NKS hospital. I request???? the board members and directors to please check it and don't allow such doctors and staff from defaming the name of trust NKS. My experience is very bad with retina specialist (don't want to name doctor as a benefit of doubt may be it was just me who got bad experience with doctor so can't say anymore on it) . Staff is also not trustworthy because they don't provide proper information to patients like timings and are not friendly at all because once you pay fee they forgot that you still there. May be staff mood was not good coincidentally but this is what I experienced with staff. I know running a hospital cost high bills and need strong financials but should not be done in the name of fake humanity and trust. I request Directors and board members must check internals of hospitals. You can visit here for treatment but don't expect highly professional Doctor or staff. I would like to say sorry if I wrote something wrong but this is what I gone through.
Fraud. My grand mother spent 10 days here and developed bed sores and mouth sores from low level care and negligence on behalf of medical staff. This hospital seeks to rob patients by over administering tests, without providing accurate readings or interpretations. They will also insist on using their own pharmacy, after prescribing mandatory medication to patients and then the nurses don’t actually use them, but send them back to the pharmacy. This hospital is a total scam and many other reviewers have bad experience there. Do not opt for this hospital.
Please don't ever visit for your loved one. Useless hospital. You will regret ????I dont want to give even 1 rating but there us no option below that.
Very slow process at reception. Why they give helpline no if they are not able to receive it.
