Doctor and staff of hospital is very polite and helping. the nursing is good. Food quality is very good. They have also a canteen and parking facility. Here is also a rest room . After 9 pm patient didn't meet with any person out of the hospital. One person also stay with patients. we have very good wishes for the hospital and the staff
Good hospital for maternity. The doctors with Max are very experienced, the nurses and attendants post the delivery are very helpful and dedicated not matter what time of day it is. Plenty of staff with rotational shifts ensuring we have proper care provided. Removing 1 star as I feel better screening of people can be done for few sections of the hospital.
We are full of gratitude to have met Dr. Manisha Arora, at Max Hospital Gurgaon, during the most important phase of our lives' journey. The moment I met her in the early days of my pregnancy, I immediately knew that me and my baby were in safe hands and under the right professional guidance. Ma'am has a very positive and caring approach, she instills confidence in you, which helped me immensely as it was my first pregnancy and I was nervous in the initial days. But due to her warm attitude, I never had to hesitate asking her questions or presenting my doubts and fears, they were all very well received and answered to my satisfaction. Due to my husband's overseas work assignments, I had to stay with my parents in another city for a few months, during which I received adequate guidance from maam even on calls and whatsapp, something for which I'll forever be thankful, as I was never left hanging in doubt and apprehensions, and aided in my mental well being during the pregnancy. Last, but not the least, my baby arrived during the first lockdown in March, amidst so much uncertainty. Again, due to her diligent and caring approach, we were able to maintain continuous communication, had a well coordinated delivery and postpartum care. Can't thank her enough for everything. Also many thanks to her team.
Excellent services ! Entire team management and staff is courteous and helpful. They understand you and this is most important aspect of any service industry. Not only you are attended properly but it is ensured that until you are done with your job proper follow up is done end to end till it’s closed to your satisfaction.
