Worst experience ever... Just hassling patients.. least empathetic....come from far making time from busy schedule... They would rudely just say no appointment can't be accepted or too many patients today... Etc ... And refuse to see ... First the staff at the reception was rude then she called the manager who herself was extremely rude and 0% empathy towards patients.... Very sad for an organization like maxivision.. please avoid...
My experience was very poor, especially with their main doctor, Dr.Vamsi. He is only interested if you want to do an eye surgery. For some change in eye power, he would recommend getting a surgery done. If you do not want to go for a surgery, his attitude changes and he will not be interested in giving you much advice. My wife and I both went for a consultation with him and when he realized we were not going to do a surgery, the consultation for both of us was over in 2 mins straight. He did not even have the basic courtesy to ask us, his patients, to sit. I would never recommend anyone to consult with Dr.Vamsi of Maxivision.
We visited Somajiguda branch and dealt with DR P Muralidhar sir regards to my mother retina surgery! Overwhelmed with the entire staff and service ! Doctor was also very humble and has great expertise. Highly recommend the doctor !
Just had SMILE surgery yesterday. Highly recommend to go to this hospital for *ANY* issue you have. Superb hospitality, superb equipment, superb staff They treat you like God, as Dr. Kasu Prasad said. They are down to Earth.
Got the ICL surgery for both eyes here at Maxivision. Dr. Kasu Prasad Reddy is a brilliant, confident surgeon - I did not have a second's doubt throughout the entire process. Huge shoutout to Jayaprada (the counsellor) who was always available to answer questions, and provide clarifications in the months and days before the surgery. I also have to mention the incredible staff at Maxivision. They are so well-trained, courteous and pleasant. They also seem to truly care about the patient and their well-being which I appreciated so much. Had a seamless, painless experience and exactly the results I wanted - thank you Dr. Reddy and team. Kudos!
