Here with family dinner. Very slow service and main course is tasteless.
Nice place to stay. Best place to celebrate ceremonial events. Well decorated rooms, spacious halls, amazingly illuminated areas. Manager and owners are pretty much supportive and cooperative.
Excellent Hotel. It is one of the best in Muzaffarpur town. I have stayed two days here. I am attaining the marriage ceremony of my cousin sister. The Food is awesome. I have enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner for two days. The Foods were delicious. Quality persons work here. Specially Mr Raj of the Service department. His behaviour towards us was very good. He was very helpful. Thanks The Royal Phular.

Royal Phular has a good ambience but needs to improve its services in restaurant. Cafe is the best place to hang out. If you love barbecue, then you should give it a try and enjoy the view of the city from the top
