A good hospital for mothers and baby, but the vaccination process is pathetic. No management . Sans Covid experience I rate this hospital 5, as my kid was born here. Though after 1.5 hour some steps were taken. To me the process could have been the following: Staff managing payment - 4 expecting 600 doses on a day Staff managing vaccination- 3 per counter Staff managing vaccination stock - 2 And guards. The line should have been queued in shade area from advance and notice stating the simple process of where to pay , what is required and where to get vaccinated . Most of the chaos was due to lack of knowledge both for public and staff. The process could have been made simple by having registration tent near the entrance. The crowd included people from all walk of life. Two tents - online/card and cash. As soon as the person payment is done, he could enter inside. The counters for vaccination should have been inside the open area rather than the closed room. And then the exit gate should have been used for exit rather than the same entry point.
Do not book any vaccination appointment here. No order. No social distancing. It is better to go for other hospitals.
Very Pathetic experience I had. After first visit doctor called us again for the first scan and since then they do not have the Radiologist available. Wenever we are trying to reach out to them they are passing the ball to each other. Doctor's is never available on call. Doctor's assistant ask us to check with customer service/reception. And we contact we reception they ask to connect with doctor to check on Radiologist. And I fail to understand in such a big hospital they don't have any backup for radiologist and besides doctor do not have any knowledge on performing the scan. How do they deal with the deliveries then, I really doubt.
Amazing Team of doctors, medical & sanitation staff and facilities are very good too. Perfect place to be at when needed. Strongly recommended.
1. Doctors may be good. But staff behavior is not as good. 2. They have almost 3 to 4 days waiting for ultrasounds, which I think is too much for such a big hospital. 3. They do not allow attendants to sit even in the waiting area. They told everyone to go and wait near reception where there was no sitting place even and leave the patient alone there. 4. The attendants were not allowed to accompany the patient to the doctor even.
