My Father was treated at Shalini Hospital for multiple health aspects. Dr Pratyusha MD Physician was handling his case. The manner in which treatment was given was progressively varied as per response. This reflects complete involvement of the Doctor and the entire staff which is commendable.
A big thanks to the Billing department for helping me with a old query. Offering a help as such with a prompt response shows the professional attitude of the Hospital staff. Also, keeping in mind the Covid-19 protocols, they avoided my visit to the hospital unnecessarily and offered a solution to my requirement through digital medium. Truly appreciate it. Shalini Hospital delivers exactly what they promise. I prefer this place for their no-fuss attitude. The doctors, nurses, support staff are very cordial and helpful. They don't burden patients with unnecessary medical tests and medicines. I appreciate the way, they took care of my father in 2017 when he met with an accident. It's a trustworthy place. However, the connectivity should be improved. Most of the time their phones are not available.
I visit dr Ajay Reddy, though the doctor is very good, polite attentive and really good at what he does. The hospital staff are horrible never respond properly, very casual behavior never attend phone calls, there is a reception just for name sake of no use, when we walk in for appointment they give a phone number which they never pick up
