ZILLA PARISHAD & DISTRICT RURAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF DEOGARH DISTRICT AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: The initiatives under the department for development of livelihood of the downtrodden people in the district, by extending support by way of implementing the following welfare schemes. ADMINISTRATIVE SET UP: The district has one Sub-division,Three Tahasils and three Blocks. There is a 3-tier Panchayati Raj system in the district with all the rural development schemes and programmes being implemented and monitored through PRIs viz. Zilla Parishad at district level, Panchayat Samitis at block level and Gram Panchayats at the grass root level.
