Never go,I never seen worst service center,nothing is good here. even they are not qualified mechanic,if a small related to like tunning,they replace 20,000 Inr part. try some other center.
It's worst Maruti showroom I have ever seen. Poor customer service, no value to commitment, no co-ordanation between sales team, accounting team, helpdesk team. Salesman does not have time to attend customers. No on time delivery. Cleanliness is really poor. I have opted to exchange my old car and done valuation by their true value team. They were supposed to give delivery on Oct month but finally delivery happen in Feb month after lot of follow-up on phone and to the agency. On given delivery date they were unable to give accessories, invoice, extended warranty etc. Said that please come on some other days. True value team is also saying that old car data not showing in portal. Again same kind of problem and follow up. I literally got fed up of so much that there were no happiness of new car. I advise don't go to this agency. Varanasi Motors is way better than this.
