Station House Officer is efficient and courteous in behavior but it looks that she has no control over subordinates. Subordinate staff is mostly rude in behavior and I have not found any coordination in functional attitude. They all looks upon SHO with no sue motto initiative. Staff don't have basic courtesy of public relations, even they don't know how to deal with their senior retired fellow officers.
I called to complain and a woman shouted back at me. Horrible services. Useless to call them..
