It is under CGHS. But it is quite strange that they ask the card holder for OTP sent to card holder's mobile registered for CGHS. Actually no OTP should be shared with others. OTP is for mobile owner only. Then why shold it be shared with counter person?. It is simply misguiding, Even cheating is possible also. Therefore patient party should be careful about this. The behaviour of the receptionist is not well mannered.
Worst service provider. Extremely high costs. This place is covered under CGHS( Central Government Health Scheme) for central government employees and pensioners. But the management first misguides and then refuses to work under CGHS. A complain should be registered at respected offices
Very bad policies of management. Staff refuses to divulge individual test costs and very ill mannered comparable to government concerns.
