Dr. Ravi Kiran has taken good care by advising the best treatment for me. And I have seen that the hospital has on place good nursing system who time to time put their maximum and best efforts for patients early treatment and makes a the patient still feel that he is in safe hands. Mr. Laxman had been of great support in my progress and he is instrumental in keeping the patient being treated well. He gave his valuable time to me.

Very sad to see that hospitals became so commercial these days. I myself a chartered accountant who takes care of clients files. We ll have some ethics to follow and principle of fairness shd carry every where. The issue with corporate hospitals is they became too commercial in the name of huge investments they made. I have to pay 900 rupees per visit. And they said your previous visit follow up will expire in 5 days. Generally we ll have 30 days which changed to 15 days. In the first visit, they couldn't identify the issue and so asked me to get the certain reports like MRI scan. So by 5 days, I don't come, I have to pay 900 again. The reports costs itself 6500 to me along with fever which I suffered due to high cool atmosphere. After getting the reports n recovery from fever, I came after 5 days, hospital asked me to pay 900. I felt like I don't want to come to this hospital again. I just felt bad. It's not about 900 it's about fairness.... If in the first instance, if the diagnosis identified, It means I have taken the skills of the doctor n paid for it. Since unable to identify the issue, based on requirement, I supposed to get the reports n visit him. I did the same for the same issue. I really felt bad for the 5 days expiry. Decided will not visit this hospital again. Will go to another doctor.
I booked for vaccination a day before next day in morning they said stock not avalaible even though stock was there they are charging high for sputnik but on arrival they said it got damage. We have requested as we are traveling abroad. They are the liers and scammers.
Dr. Raghavendra Rao garu is a great doctor and doing real service at low cost. We were very comfortable for one week at NIGL for my father's post covid health issue. He is not confined to Only his department but a doctor for complete body. I was very comfortable with his approach and treatment. But ward boys are little late to attend across all the floors.
