Admin staff and insurance staff not at all having patience. I have seen many hospital but I never seen such impatient admin and insurance staff.
It’s a great hospital, recently my Chicha joined under Dr Praveen Mukka, MD, I want to thank him for his care, support and clinical decision, very happy with his team, thank you Dr Mukka and hospital.
A good hospital with a large group of well known Dcotors of the city and with good infra structure. The service was good. Expecting to be a best alternative for health services in near future.
giving one star is waste. Doctor coming from outside and staff is not well experienced. if you join with help of insurance they will admit without any further information. don't waste your valuable time.
Very bad.....especially with dr sreedhar! And calls will be made to pay bills but wont say if the patient is alive or dead
