Very sad nd bad experience with this hospital....booked he slot for vaccination for my mother aged 59 years nd she went paying 500 rs for auto charge due to curfew...we thought the vaccination process will be smooth as its paid nd they have givem the time slot....so I booked for my mom.....but after she went there....they simply said we r not giving vaccinations as orders from top management....nd simply asked to return...what sort of management is this.....we booked the appointment in the same day after showing available slots....then how come they have changed the decision in just hours time i cant understand.....this how simply they will treat their customer???....atleast tbey could have give a token for appointment for the next availavle slot or something.......When they cant handle vaccination process how come they got permisiion I dont know
Very worst pharmacy, pharmacist was playing with mobile while asking for basic drugs like ORS and ondansetron, he is saying simply no stocks.. how can such a big hospital did not have such things. Fed up with the attitude and behaviour. I am very thankful that I won't visit there at dire emergency
The worst management possible. Do not care for the patients or the visitors. The doctors and staff are the most arrogant too. The security at the front does not have the least compassion, need to be changed. Do not fall for the show. The worst maintenance so far, I have seen. No wonder they got no patients comparatively at this time with such absolutely derogatory services involved.
