Doctor's who treated here are good. and also doctor's assistant staff. the only problem is with the reception and management staff. very poor behavior with patients relatives. and the facility they given ( regarding special room and other ward) are really worthless. too many charges they take and opposite of that not good facility ( like washroom, a/c) very bad. Also sisters working here are not well qualified. And the helping staff like mavshi not Behave properly. Bad experience
No full time urologist in hospital... General physician visits the patient.. Doctors lack experience... Charges are high.. My experience is bad here... I do not recommend this hospital. For uroflowmetry test they sent me to lifeline hospital without nurse. The machine which perform uroflowmetry test is not working from unknown period.
Experience with the doctors are excellent specially with the Dr.Prasun sagar and his two girls assistant .Everything is good but need to change reception teams behaviour towards patient and their relatives. Also long hair guard (who is specifically in evening and night time) not using sanitizer after handling corona patients directly touch to patients bag which mostly contain patients food even after multiple warnings which is totally not acceptable and too risky. Hoping few things need to be change apart from this overall experience is nice.
This hospital is really very clean and the best part is there is a doctor for everything. The staff and everyone is super friendly .treatment are really nice. My overall experience was great.
Ashtvinayak Hospital is one of the most well functioning and super quick to respond hospitals we come across nowadays. Patients are taken in immediately and all kinds of diagnosis are done by the brilliant doctors. The staff is so warm and helps you at all points. Any issues and the management sorts it out for you.
