Missed 2 international flights back to back because of them. I deposited my sample at the airport. They promised me reports within 48 hours. No report in 48 hours so I missed my first flight but booked the next as this time they promised it'll be delivered in 72 hours. Missed that flight as well, because they didn't send me report. It's been 80 hours now and still no report. Helpline number does not pick up most of the times. When they do, they tell you I'm escalating it right now, please check back in half an hour. And then they switch off their phones. Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent business behavior. Not recommended. Update: Total fraud. I paid in cash, and I have the receipt. They are still holding my report hostage, asking for payment, even after 6 days. And of course I cannot contact anyone from their team to resolve the issue. I am going to file a consumer complaint against them.
Don't go for test specifically rt-pcr because you don't know in how many days they will give you report nor they will communicate properly
One of the most worst diagnosis center I have ever visited..worst services and behaviour...all staffs are hypertension persons... also they do not respond phone calls, gives incorrect information.. Just check ther overall rating..how people's are dissatisfied with this... ????????????????????????
I have been to numerous hospitals and diagnostics in the past with my parents and so far the experience at Suraksha has been the worst. Starting with the 2 lady receptionists who were super rude and not even ready to listen to my concerns properly. The first time I went, she was already fighting with another customer/patient on a petty issue. The environment is nothing like a decent hospital. They wrote something in the brochure and after you've reached the hospital to avail the service they say it's not available. In a package for full body checkup, they don't even have most of the services they are charging you money for. When on the first day I went to enquire about the packages, they didn't mention the services that won't be available or they services that they would provided after a week or 10 days. When I said if you're not giving this particular service from the package so you should atleast not charge me for it, they said they have to and started screaming. My experience with Sureksha was nothing but complete scam and harrasment.
This was my 2nd experience where I received good service from the Team. The Manager Miss Mahua was humble enough to assist me as well as the staffs were very generous towards me in solving my Test issues and providing results in priority. Overall the satisfaction level is appreciated.
