Nice and clean hospital. Good for minute surgeries. Nurses are very helpful and cooperative.
Had a confirmed appointment for health check-up and as a surprise they asked me to visit 4 different labs/hospitals. I reached at 8:45AM in morning and had final consultation around 6 PM. It should not take longer than 4-5 hours in total. This looks longer than an entire Working day to me and infact staff was changed but my health screening didn't complete on time. Front office staff was helpful for cash patients only, people under cashless or insurance are getting ignored. 7 start for Guard - He is the only one working admin work, receptionist job as well as his own duty and stretching beyond 9 hours for sure.
I must say that front office or billing person's experience at Apollo spectra is wonderful the process of admission and discharge is very quick and smooth and must appreciate each and every team for all the help and care . Best of medical services with value for money also. Keep up the good work team Apollo. specially thanks to Miss kiran who was counselling me and second is Mr yadav ji both are doing good job
Good experience very nice and careful staff ... I come to this hospital first time on 20aug2020 and after consulting dr we have planned for piles surgery on 2 sep 2020 ...... in time of corona pandemic here I found they are strictly follow the laws during pandemic they are maintaining social distancing they sanitize rooms and lobby regularly they allowed only one person with a patient after entering his or her complete information of health... About this hospital I heard with one of my friend he told me here is good surgeon Dr. Rohit Pandya and Dr. Dinesh jindal... We consult with Dr Rohit Pandya... he is very good doctor and very nice person also he teach me each and every thing about our disease and he listen our problems very carefully .. we are very happy when after the surgery dr come and talk to us with lot of smile.. it was a good experience with appolo spectra hospital and spacially with Dr Rohit Pandya ????????
