Excellent property. Had dinner which was excellent too. The staff are very courteous. Most of all the young owners were constantly around keeping an eye on the service. Very gracious, hospitable, warm and friendly. Will visit the place again.
This is a four stat hotel so I rated it that way. The big ben is awesome. Very nice ambiance. The food I tested got very good quality cooking. In short visiting this place is worthy.
Very bad staff, lady at the reception is rude and arrogant. Staff lies to customers. They don’t care for your peace of mind at all. Constantly work going on inside the building from 7.30am onwards and they staff lies staying that the work at the neighbourhood site is on. Also not worth staying as neighbouring site is just started construction which will go on for 3-4 yrs which makes so much of noise in each room that one cannot rest or sleep. The sound proofing is not there in the rooms.
Too poor service. Had to call multiple times to solve small issues. Rooms are small and stinky. Rooms does not justify its cost. Its just 2-3 star hotel rooms with 4 star rating. Do not recommend at all, better pay some bucks extra and choose a better option. Too disappointed.
Kitchen should be seprate for vegetarians All other good hotel chains have already implemented veg kitchens
