Solution not sorted, infact the gentleman at counter no5 gone for lunch and never came back.
This is one of the 3rd class branch where the employees do not take care of the request of customers. This branch is famous for not solving customer disputes. An amout was wrongly cut by this bank from my Credit Card in Jan,2020 but these has not been refunded by this bank still July,2020. Just think what kind of better service they are providing.

My ordinary debit card had been blocked, but Instant chip based debit card was issued on my personal visit to the branch ( I am a senior citizen). This card was to be activated within two working days. It is now fifteen days, the card has not been activated, cannot set the PIN. The branch phone no printed on the pass book is incorrect & toll free no asks to talk to the branch with incorrect phone no. Extremely disappointing poor service, harassment for senior citizen customers.
