It is most horrible that when a customer needs their service they don't receive call so there is no other alternative to coordinate so we have to bear with the intolerable situation. In the last month our distributor delivered a expired cylinder as I didn't receive so I had to wait a long time. But soon after I communicated with the Minister in Charge of Petroleum in Delhi immediately the problem got solved and the distributor personally sent senior executive to mitigate the issue and simultaneously daily 3 to 4 times call was coming from Chief Manager Kolkata office.
