Excellent hospital. Very courteous staff. High level of cleanliness and hygiene. All Covid norms adhered strictly. Excellent panel of experienced specialists and doctors. Admin staff also very helpful. Highly recommended for senior citizens
Very good doctor. Very bad administration. Especially at first floor. They says first come first serve. But they don’t give token on that basis. More than one time it happen. Whoever come late they give token first and whoever come early give token last. Very bad staff at counters. They don’t understand vale of other time.
Doctors are good but nothing in name of admistration. No SOP of NACH & ISO followed. No information on fee given only tendency of staff to take more money in name of fee. No complain Register available. No one to hear complain. No one to give proper answer. Staff at reception only aim to collect fee No fee break up displayed as per management instruction
Affordable and genuine services.The staff is polite and the work is very systematic. We weren’t kept waiting anywhere and were regularly informed about the patient. Nice hospital.
Overall good experience, doctor, nurse and other hcp staff very caring and regular check up during hospital stay. Really thankful to them for my speedy recovery. Suggestion 1. hospital bill break up bill should be provide to patient party (need more transparency), 2. Why security deposit, during discharge should return back this deposit to patient party. I will give 90 out of 100.
