Pros: Overall project is good. Lots of open area and loaded with amenities. Design and architecture also very nice. Club house, gym, amenities also very good. Carpet is reasonably good. Cons: Approach road is hell. Such a massive project in middle of big messy, clumsy area. Worst salesperson. Doesn't have any courtesy. Highly arrogant and least bother about addressing customers explaining about project, construction details, materials used etc. Though the construction is done by L & T but some of things looked below average in apartment. Such as door quality, AC duct area. Windows are ordinary and it is not French style.
Project is very nice .Very big open space . . 3 bhk layout is nice. Overall Loved the project. But giving one star for the sales people. I have visited quite many projects since we decided to buy home. We haven't met any such arrogant non interested sales people as like in prestige song of south. Actually they are unselling homes wih their "don't care"attitude . First I was surprised that how come lots of units still available in such beautiful project as this. Now I know.
Great Place with lot of open space and amenities. Clean Connectivity to Bannerghata road and hosur road with a direct road could have been made this project perfect.
