Incorporative staff Very poor response to the customers
My a/c is in MT branch panipat.Till two year ago branch manager and staff was very coprative but now all staff changed and not fully coprative ,seats are found vacant so customers comes again and again but work stands pending,msg mobile nos.for balance and mini statement are not working from last six months .No one taking interest for this.Passbook are also uncompleted after Dec.2018 Please visit the branch and see every thing and do the needful so that senior citizens also not suffer for their work.
No reason as such
Staff to apne hi kaam me laga rehta h. kisi kaam k nahi h. vo zero ka option nahi hai nati to mai wahi deta.
Quick settlement, but staffing is low, proportionate to customers.
