Hospitals are meant for treating patients and serving the society. But the problem starts, when hospitals treat their patients as ATM Machines. 5 star hotels will close their business and open hospitals instead, if they see the billing of this hospital. All sort of unimaginable charges are added to bill of each patient. I am sure, if any survey is done, billing of many patients will consists of similar charges, irrespective of treatment they are getting. Doctors are good, but nursing staff is pathetic. They don't care to answer any query made by patients. Patients often don't get any response, even after calling the nursing staff 3-4 times. What is the use of admitting our loved one's in a hospital, when proper care is not taken by hospital staff....
It was very nice experience being in this hospital. Kids are treated with utmost priority and service is also too good. My kid was treated by Dr.ANNAPURNA MADAM, I should say she's too good and very helpful, understanding and generous doctor. Frequent visits happen by duty doctors, nurses, experience team, security team and others. Overall I'm too happy to bring my kid over here and get him treated with Dengue Fever. He's leaving with a bright smile from here. Kudos LOTUS HOSPITALS team...!!

Got my dad admitted at this hospital for COVID treatment.. Dr.chaitanya has taken very good care of my dad and i admit that he excels in his profession. He has been very very helpful , friendly .. Thank you Doc for giving efficient timely treatment to my dad .
The hospital is too dirty and they are taking lots and lots of money the nursing staff is too bad they don't no how to give a injection and nursing staff are behaving very roudly and the cockroaches are quralling on the walls of rooms and bathrooms it is very worst hospital they are charging 70,000 to 80,000 and in the final bill all are mistakes and they are charging more so please take care of this hospital worst experience in this hospital and one nurse is like very waste she don't no the name of injection and she wants to give to a patient very worst hospital helling hospital dongana kodukulu go to hell
