It's still a under construction project and we reside there now. The reality is very different from what has been showcased by Siddha. There are just 2 security guards deployed for four buildings and there is frequent issue of water scarcity as the tank gets empty and there is no one to manage it. You call their handover office and they say we are looking into it for every matter which is raised. Only recently there was a minor fire in one of the flats in which the interior was being done and there were no guards around at that time neither fire extinguishers were available. Another incident which relates to the stray dogs biting and attacking a pet within the complex boundaries also happened and again, no guards came forward to help even after 10 min of the incident happening. So all those who get greedy by just looking at the beauty should also see at the reality and question Siddha about the appalling conditions in which the handover is being given.
The right spatial spread. The right spaciousness. The right number of apartments. I could have asked for it.
Very much impressed and satisfied with the Siddha Groups. I have bought one property at Siddha Galaxia. They offer such comfort living and various amenities. Overall an excellent project by them.
Much delayed project. One of my colleagues told me that they are now using Covid as an excuse even when construction activity is picking speed elsewhere. Will not invest here definitely.
Overall the most terrible customer support I have ever witnessed. Absolutely unfriendly & rude on the phone, terrible reception and generally it appears that they don't care about their customers . I have terrible experiences from few of their employees from Siddha office , Park Street . They feel disturbed if you try to follow-up . One of their employees, Ms C. M?tr? is very rude and she openly says - "Aapni amar samoy nasto karchen!!!!" if you want to speak to her on important issues .
