Hi Everyone, yesterday i went to dr.mangla hospital to see doctor for my son he was suffering from jaundice and he is serious i wanted to check in emergency and i was okay to pay emergency fee.I mate to hospital compounder 1: 00 PM and i told him all the thing he said i will get you check with doctor 2 :00 pm after 1 hour wait he said he got a call from dr mangla that do not take emergency patient he has to go out of station for 3 days.That compounder killed my hope.My son was staying to his Granny home and it is closed to Muradabad and already i took appointment from Dr Shantanu Dutta child specialist and i am close to bijnor so i brought my son to Dr Mangla and already i called to hospital in morning for emergency and that guy who picked up the phone said yes dr will see emergency if patient need to be admitted.Interesting that last night i called to appointment no. And their no.was going busy means they were taking appointment so why compounder told me like. I wanted to cross check is dr mangla really called him yesterday to not take emergency patient or compounder was lying.That compounder was with Danish yesterday 1 : 00Pm Really he disappointed me .
From past one week ,i am trying everyday to take appointment but line is busy and then when time is up ,it gets switched off.i felt so irritated . My baby is having allergy and initially i stayed because it was less but now it has increased. Being a good doctor doesnt means patients have to bear up like this.i stayed in Bangalore and paediatrician are so good there. I do not have money to give as an emergency fees. Tell me what to do if i am not able to get appointment with 5 5 different phones
I tried 1 hrs for apppointment but every time beep says busy.very frustrating.
Bad experience , I have been trying to call but no-one is responding... So poor.
Dr Vashisht is a nice doctar but doctor policy of taking appointment is really disgusting.you have to try 300 hundreds time then it is your luck that you got appointment after 300 hundred times continues dialling.i want to say one thing to doctor that please stop this kind of nonsense and show some skills about this matter.doctor saab you are not taking well wishes of people after this kind of irritating work.so please stop this hell and take appointment online and also take cash online and confirm appointment after taking of your fees by online process.so that will be helpful for patients.we all patients parents are coming because we are in tantion of our children otherwise no one want to feel this hell experience and doctor staff is feeling like they are god.
