The nurses, housekeeping staff and ward staff were one of the nicest I've met. Good professional services as well with a good team of doctors. Compared to some of the prices in Shillong this place is relatively quiet cheap. Doctors don't jump the gun with surgeries and proper due diligence is done. I've had a good experience with the hospital but recommend that people do their own research before finalizing on their treatment rather than just relying on what's on Google.
Worst hospital.. I have been in GNRC dispur for almost 3months ago and have seen everything is that it has no emergency medical facility no good doctors, every doctors are mostly from GMCH guwahati.They are doing business with every cases average of 1 lakh rupee of one patient . They have no humanity for poors , they underestimate patients and just throw as if they are things or objects. Security guards are wild domestic animals with rude behaviour, we have to be tensed for our patient and also for the securities for entering in hospital. I won’t ever refer here to any of my family members to get treated here. GNRC is running only in name.
My biggest mistake of my life to took my sister to this hospital.plz dont go to this place ,they killed my sister due to less medication..they promisess us that my sister will recover soon but after so many days due to carelees behaviour of doctor my sister is no more. .plz pray for her...and once again i warned you ..dont take your patient to this hospital
Worst hospital ever! Will never allow you to go see your patient in the ICU if his/her condition is good enough for shifting into an another hospital but will let you sit there for 2 to 3 hours if your patient's condition is critical. From the doctor's perspective if you visit your patient for 2 minutes and give the mental strength to fight the virus you will spread the virus but you can go and sit in the ICU for 2 hours when your patients is going to die at the moment and the you won't spread the virus. Fyi I have no personal issues from the doctors of "Good Health GNRC GUWAHATI "but not only me but others also has loose their loved ones in this hospital and in the same batch as my patient from 18 April 2021 till 21st may 2021. Again I say I don't have any personal issues with the doctors . But after my patient's death I'm so heartbroken and always will blame myself for putting my patient in this hospital .
Doctors are good nurse are good but the hospital facelity is not good for standard room the price is 3961 per day with a small fan only for patient and one TV just for a show it doesn't run at all well I mean it's like government hospital if i talk about money oh my god money is like water for them they don't care your finances just for minor operation they take 10k also you have to buy medicine + mask + gloves i mean everything for doctor and nurses hospital doesn't even use their products at all for every single thing that doctor uses even the shoe cover kit for doctor you have to pay i mean these is beyond expectations and once the pateint is admitted they take investigation about all the problems of patients well that's good but the charges are really really high and some of test that is not required at all even that they mentioned that fees just for minor health issue these hospital will charge a lot i am telling you really alot. GNRC is costly than Apollo hospitals and facilities is not that good than Apollo. well one thing that is good in GNRC is that you can get refund of unuse medicine If you are thinking about getting admitted here for 2 week your fees can go above 2 lakh if the patient have to do operation just a minor and also Treatment is good but they should reduce and understand pateint finance
