The bank might not be able to offer car parking for its customers. But why not even bike parking. My friend had to wait outside on the road till my work is finished.

I submitted a credit card -address change form with my address proof copy at the lady who stands at the first counter, it has been two weeks n no action has been taken until today. I am forced to revisit, such a irresponsible set of people. She was telling me, within three days I will be getting an sms which contains address update message, but no action until today. Today I called my relationship manager, she said, the address is the same and there has been no action taken on it. After reading the comment, I dont want any sincere apologies story, I just want to know, whether this is gonna happen or not.
What is your manner's, its weaste bank, very valgar processes.....
Very bad service @ home loan section, especially in reception area , waiting launch , sir we are giving business to you. Consider customers in proper manner, appoint more staffs if required .why should we wait long time for your 1 or 2 words answer?
