Worst customer service I have seen. Doesn't care about patients, they think this institute just as a money making machine , not a diagnostic center. Please aproach any other place if possible , it will be best to avoid this place
Wrost customer service. Never trust this centre. They assure you to take your sample from home. Then did not even pick your call. And nobody will come. I am suffering. Strongly recommend not to go for test.
Worst diagnostic center in Kolkata. Disgusting service to customers. Worthless and irresponsible staff who has no idea of how to deal with their work. Don’t book here - any information you need - no body’s going to answer you! Absolutely below standard center!
