Irresponsible diagnostic centre with poor service. I waited for 48 hours for a test to happen and then I had to call them to know that it will be delayed further because sample collector tested positive for covid. Sample collectors are human too and it can happen to anyone. But atleast suraksha should have had the courtesy rather responsibility to inform the customer. It requires a great deal of responsibility to open a business in healthcare domain. Suraksha is not apt for that. Their license should be cancelled.
Very bad ...No value of time...have to wait long for testing...Delay to give reports to patient... Horrible experience.. Not recommended...
Very Bad Behavior...... No one care patients.....No time value.... They are just use less people.
Third class no one is picking call during urgent time
What's the f......g point of sharing the number if no one ever receives the call?
