They do not give prior appointments on phone. One has to come there to take appointment and then wait for 40-60 min for their number. I suggest to samadhan diagnostics to kindly provide appointments on phone so the time of the patient is not wasted. Everyone is busy these days and one has to go to work. Please change the traditional way of taking appointments and do something about it to make the experience better for patients.
A great Disappointment, NOT with the Doctor BUT with staff.. Specially the receptionist of Kilkali.. I visited Samadhan today regarding my Wife's checkup and I can't explain in words how I felt insulted because of that lady sitting on the reception. I understand that Samadhan and Kilkari both are different entity running under same roof and Kilkalri's staff is less aware about Samadhan's process but at the end of the day We are Patient (Customer), and this is our hard earned money we are speding for are wellness and no body had right to Assist in that way with Customer who is actually a God to any Business..
