Met Dr Vijaya Prasanna (Rheumotologist) there for some knee and leg problem, two weeks ago . She is very patient and listened to all my problems ... Examined completely and treated very well... Got relieved when I spoke to her, now started recovering from my health issues.... Thanks to her from my bottom of the heart ????
Good hospital, security staff is very humble, specially noor - security person is very appreciative. Receives patients & other people courteously.
My father in law been admitted here stating covid symptoms. But covid report twice taken shows negative results. But chest has a infection. Chest report never shown to us. And admitted in covid intense care. Nobody gave clarity whether it is covid or normal infection. But treatment given was covid treatment and fully charged for covid care along with normal care. At last when asked for detailed bill they have not mentioned any were about covid treatment. They will not give it seems. They are telling 13000 extra charge for covid treatment verbally. No proof of this amount.
The hospital is very good with great staff.The security head Mr. Noor is a very helpful man. He guided us well to the doctor.
Very pleased to see the co-ordination of patients and other professionals by head incharge Mr.Noor.
